GoFundMe set up for mother of 3 killed in Morris County crash
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A GoFundMe has been set up for a mother of three who was killed after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Washington Township.
The two-vehicle crash happened on February 15, at around 9:40 a.m., on Bartley Road south of South Four Bridges Road, Morris County Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson Meghan Knab said.
Gina Pateman, 52, of Califon, who was a driver in one of the vehicles, died in the crash, Knab said.
No one else was injured, Knab said.
The crash remains under investigation and no further information was released.
Pateman’s friend, Jenn Boothe, created the GoFundMe page.
“Gina was a shining light who brought laughter and joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Gina had the unique gift of being able to make friends with anybody, anywhere she went. You always knew she was just a phone call away if you needed to laugh, cry, or just vent. She loved her friends and family fiercely,” Boothe said in the post. “She leaves behind her triplets , Tyler, Cecelia, and Julia. Her children were everything to her. If you knew Gina, you knew how much she loved them and how proud she was to be their mother. She raised 3 beautiful children who now have to navigate life without her guidance and support.”
The GoFundMe has set a goal of $30,000 and as of Friday afternoon, it has raised $30,015. If you would like to donate to help out, click here.
