Hackettstown BID accepting nominations for the 2024-2025 board of directors

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – The Hackettstown Business Improvement District announces nominations for the term 2024-25 Board of Directors.

There are 5 seats available on the Board of Directors, which include: (2) two-year terms for property owners and (3) two-year terms for business owners.

Nominations will be accepted now until Friday, Nov. 17, gathered via online submission form. To nominate a business owner or property owner, click here.

Only members in good standing with the Hackettstown BID may make nominations, be nominated, and/or be elected for directorships. A member in good standing is defined as a member whose current property assessment is paid in full.

Members may nominate one candidate for each type of director position, and may also nominate themselves as a candidate.

Elections will be conducted via electronic ballot from 9:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4 until 5:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15.

Results will be announced, after certified by an attorney, on Tuesday, Jan. 2 on hackettstownbid.com and WRNJ Radio.
