Hackettstown man charged after alleged panhandling outside Lowe’s Home Improvement store

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A 53-year-old Hackettstown man was charged after he was allegedly panhandling outside the Lowe’s Home Improvement store, according to Hackettstown police.

On Feb. 26, at around 7:27 a.m., police responded to Lowe’s Home Improvement, located at 217 Mountain Avenue, for a report of male asking people outside the business for money, police said.

Upon officers arrival, the man was identified as Frank Vizthum and was charged with disorderly conduct. He was then released pending a court appearance, police said.
