Hackettstown police: Officers arrest wanted man, find heroin

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Hackettstown police say officers arrested a 34-year-old man after recognizing him as someone who was wanted.

On March 10, at around 9:01 p.m., police observed Gregory Becker of Hackettstown, NJ in the 100 block of Main St and an officer was aware that he was a wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, police said.

Becker was then arrested and was in his possession 20 wax folds of suspected heroin, multiple wax folds with suspected heroin residue and 5 hypodermic needles with suspected heroin residue, police said.

Becker was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was then turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
