Hackettstown police participate in ‘Beards In Blue’ this November

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Members of the Hackettstown Police Department will be participating in a “Beards In Blue” Fundraiser this November.

Officers will be putting down their razors and growing their facial hair to support The Joan Knechel Cancer Center at Hackettstown Medical Center.

Their anti-shave campaign is meant to raise cancer awareness and encourage people to live healthy and get their regular medical checkups to detect issues that could lead to cancer.

The police officers and Hackettstown-Mansfield PBA Local 369 will be donating money, but they need your help. Cancer research and treatments are very costly, and they want to lend as much help as possible to those who are fighting for a cure. #beardsinblue
