Hackettstown police seek suspects in pair of commercial burglaries (VIDEO)
UPDATE: Hackettstown police ID Express Mart burglary suspect
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Police are investigating two commercial burglaries in Hackettstown.
The first burglary occurred on Dec. 22, 2019 at around 2:19 a.m. at the BP Gas Station, located at 17 Route 57, police said.
The unknown suspect used a rock to break a window to gain access to the building. The suspect then stole cigarettes and fled towards Stryker Airsoft, located at 13 Route 57, police said.
A second burglary occurred on Jan. 3, 2020 at around 2:16 a.m. at the Express Mart, located at 321 Mountain Ave, police said.
The unknown suspect used a hammer to break the glass on the front door to gain access to the building. The suspect then stole both electronic cigarettes and cigarettes. The suspect then fled the scene, police said.
