Hackettstown Street Fair road closures, parking restrictions for Sunday

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – After being canceled on Sunday, July 9 due to inclement weather, the Hackettstown Business Improvement District’s Street Fair will be held this Sunday, July 23 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Main Street will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. between Route 517 (High Street) and East Plane Street. There will also be no parking on either side of that portion of Main Street, police said.

Police officers will be posted at both ends of the closed street to assist with traffic, police said.

There is also no parking on Main Street from Route 517 to East Plane Street; on West Moore Street from Washington Street to Main Street, and on East Moore street from Sharp Street to Main Street. Those sections of West Moore and East Moore streets will also be closed to vehicle traffic, police said.

Police advise that any vehicle parked in a no parking zone will be ticketed and towed, police said.

Visitors are invited to experience the vendors, live performances throughout the day, as well as local shopping. This event offers a bit of something for everyone and admission is free.
