Hackettstown’s 7th annual Oktoberfest celebration Sept. 29 – Oct. 1

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Ready to kickoff the fall season with Hackettstown’s biggest town-wide event of the year?

Join the Hackettstown Business Improvement District, Czig Meister Brewing Company (106 Valentine St), Man Skirt Brewing Company (144 Main St), and Grand Avenue Tavern (109 Grand Avenue) as they host events on Friday, Sept. 29, Saturday, Sept. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 1.

“This is a free event to attend, so grab your friends and family and be prepared to have the time of your life!,” Hackettstown Business Improvement District Executive Director Laurie Rapisardi said. “There will be activities, contests, craft vendors, live entertainment, drinks, food and more!”

Oktoberfest is a family friendly event where vendors will take to Main Street, Valentine Street, and Grand Avenue for this street-fair style event, including kid’s activities and other non-alcohol related activities.

  • 5:00-6:15pm WRNJ LIVE (Grand Avenue Tavern)
  • ALL NIGHT -Games at Grand Ave ~ Open Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four
  • 10pm-2am – DJ Napz and Crew – (Grand Avenue Tavern – Inside)

Saturday, Sept. 30 Activities and Music

  •  ALL DAY – Rock Climbing (corner of Grand Ave and Main St)
  • ALL Day – Axe Throwing (Czig Meister) lower lot
  • ALL Day –Beer Truck, German Inspired Food Offerings and Games at Grand Avenue Tavern ~ Axe Throwing w/ Axe Em Out (2-6pm), Open Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Bounce House
  • 12:30 – Barrel Tapping with Mayor DiMaio (Czig Meister)

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music.
