Heath Village to host nature walk on Oct. 25
Come Explore During a Fun Walking Tour!
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Adventure and fall foliage awaits at Heath Village.
Members of the community are invited to join the Heath Village Resident Hiking Club for our final walking tour for the year on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at 10:00 a.m. A rain date has been scheduled for Friday, October 27 at the same time.
During the walk, guests will learn about the multiple trails on and adjacent to our beautiful 100+ acre campus. Resident naturalists will also be on hand to answer questions about the varied woodlands, birds and butterflies that can be found in our community.
The walk will include amazing views of the fall foliage as well as a tour of an apartment located where the hiking trails meet our backyard. Attendees will also see many popular outdoor amenities available to our residents. The walk will conclude with a delicious meal outdoors on the patio of our renovated Farmhouse.
There will be plenty of stops along the way of this low-intensity, approximately one mile walk. So, put on your walking shoes, grab your hiking stick, and join the Heath Village hikers for an adventure at Heath Village.
While the program is free, RSVP is required and space is limited. To register, call 908-684-5009.
