RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County man was arrested Tuesday for possessing child pornography, Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael J. Williams said.
According to Williams, “A cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) led to a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Forensic Unit and the Raritan Township Police Department.”
Robert Drong, 55, of Raritan Township was arrested on Feb. 16 and charged with third-degree possession of child pornography, Williams said.
Drong was released and is awaiting his first court appearance, Williams said.
