Husband and wife accused of shoplifting more than $2,500 worth of merchandise from Morris County Target
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Monmouth County couple is accused of shoplifting more than $2,500 worth of merchandise from the Washington Township Target.
The West Long Branch husband and wife, whose names were not released, were both charged on Feb. 17 with two counts of third-degree shoplifting.
The husband and wife were acting as team to steal the merchandise in the store on Feb. 3 and Feb. 6, police said.
The total amount involved in the two separate incidents was $2,552.37, police said.
