Long Valley man charged with stealing jewelry from family member

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A man is accused of stealing jewelry from a home in Washington Township, according to police.

The investigation, which began in February, revealed that a 37-year-old Long Valley man had stolen jewelry from a family members residence, police said.

The man, whose name was not released, was charged with third-degree theft and released pending a court appearance, police said.
