Long Valley man, woman with outstanding warrants arrested

BOONTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Long Valley man and woman with outstanding warrants were arrested in Boonton Township.

On July 10, officers made contact with 39-year-old Elizabeth Gorman and 44-year-old Edward Klingman in the Oak Hills neighborhood of Boonton Township, police said.

After clearing the initial contact, a brief police investigation revealed Klingman had a no bail criminal warrant out of Morris County and Gorman had no bail criminal warrant out of Warren County, police said.

Officers returned to the area later in the day and found Klingman and Gorman attempting to get into an Uber with their belongings. Both were then arrested and transported to police headquarters, police said.

Klingman and Gorman were then transported to Morris County Correctional facility. Gorman was awaiting pick up by Warren County Corrections, police said.
