Long Valley woman accused of passing bad check

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Long Valley woman was charged, after police say she wrote a bad check.

On May 4, the Washington Township Detective Bureau charged a Long Valley woman, whose name was not released, in reference to passing a bad check for plumbing work that was done at her private residence in Long Valley, police said.

The work was done in October of 2021 and restitution was not made, police said.

The woman was charged and released pending a court appearance, police said.
