Man accused of abandoning dog in Morris County

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Passaic County man is accused of abandoning a dog in Denville Township, according to police.

On Aug. 15, at around 10:11 a.m., police and the animal control officer responded to the area of 88 Ford Road for a report of a dog running at large, police said.

After the dog was located and taken into custody for safe keeping, it was determined that the dog’s owner was Ceasar Azadeaza, 38, of Patterson, police said.

After further investigation, Azadeaza was charged on Aug. 23 with abandoning a domestic. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
