Man accused of performing lewd act in front of teen in Washington Twp, Morris County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Mercer County man has been charged after he was accused of performing a lewd act in front of a teenager.

Hyun Kang, 24, of Princeton was charged with lewdness.

On May 25, a 16-year-old girl was jogging just off Naughright Road when she was approached by a white vehicle operated by Kang, police said.

Hang was observed performing a lewd act while speaking to the teenager. She was able to take a photo of the vehicle as it left the scene, police said.

A follow up investigation resulted in Kang being charged. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
