Man arrested after 24 bags of MDMA found during traffic stop

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A man is facing charges after 24 Ziploc bags containing MDMA (Molly) were allegedly found in his vehicle during a traffic stop Tuesday morning in Washington Township.

David Cuddon was charged with Possession of MDMA and was also issued motor vehicle summonses for possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and for inoperable brake light.

At around 09:48 a.m., a township officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 46 for a motor vehicle violation. During the stop and during an investigation on scene it was discovered that the driver, who was dientfied as Cuddon, was in possession of 24 zip-lock bags containing MDMA, police said.

Cuddon was taken into custody and charged. He was released pending a court appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
