
Man arrested after three month drug investigation in Warren County
WARREN COUNTY, NJ – A three month investigation into the alleged distribution of heroin and methamphetamine in Greenwich Township and Phillipsburg has led to the arrest of an Warren County man, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
On November 23, Roland Bisher, 53, of Phillipsburg was arrested in Phillipsburg following a motor vehicle stop. Upon searching Bisher, he was in possession of suspected heroin, methamphetamine and crack cocaine as well as $1,325.00 in US Currency, authorities said.
Bisher was charged with third-degree distribution of heroin, third-degree possession with intent to distribute heroin, third-degree distribution of methamphetamine, third-degree possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, third-degree possession of heroin, third-degree possession of methamphetamine, and third-degree possession of crack cocaine. He was released pending a future court appearance.
The investigation was conducted by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, Greenwich Township Police Department, Phillipsburg Police Department, Hackettstown Police Department, Washington Township Police Department (Warren County), and the New Jersey State Police.
