Man arrested after three-week long drug investigation in Phillipsburg

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – A three-week long investigation into the alleged distribution of of heroin and crack cocaine in Phillipsburg has led to the arrest of a Warren County man, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force, Phillipsburg Police Department and the New Jersey State Police executed a search warrant at 160 Filmore Street in Phillipsburg, authorities said.

Subsequently, an arrest warrant for Bilal Gordon, 33, of Phillipsburg was executed for the distribution of heroin and crack cocaine. As a result of the search warrant, there was drug paraphernalia located in the residence. The street value of the CDS involved in the distributions is approximately $2,640, the prosecutor’s office said.

Gordon was charged with three counts of third-degree distribution of CDS, three counts of third-degree possession with intent to distribute CDS, and third-degree possession of drug paraphernalia.
