Man arrested for DWI, found urinating behind his vehicle in Warren County
LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Pennsylvania man found allegedly urinating behind his vehicle along Route 22 in Lopatcong Township was arrested for DWI Sunday night.
On February 6, at around 11:13 p.m., police located a vehicle stopped partially in the right lane of Route 22 east while the driver, Daniel Feyjoo of Mount Pocono, was urinating behind the vehicle, police said.
While police spoke with Feyjoo, an officer detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his breath. He later failed several field sobriety tests, and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. He had a blood alcohol content of .19%, which is more than twice the legal limit in New Jersey, police said.
Feyjoo was issued traffic summonses for driving while intoxicated and parking on a highway.
