Man charged after allegedly growing marijuana in Mansfield Twp.
MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Hudson County man was charged after he was allegedly growing marijuana on state land in Mansfield Township.
Todd A. Hershberger, 41, of Hoboken was arrested on Aug. 16 for third-degree cultivating marijuana.
A hunter who had stumbled upon the marijuana grow on State Fish and Game property located in Mansfield Township alerted police.
After a short investigation involving the placement of trail cameras, Hershberger was arrested while tending to his plants which were up to nine feet tall.
Hershberger was processed and released with a court date.
