Man charged twice in same day for urinating in public

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Hanover Township police say they charged an Essex County man twice in the same day for urinating in public.

On Aug. 15, Jason Jackson, 23, of Irvington was charged with public urination and after being released from custody, he was observed urinating on the brick wall located in the front of the Municipal building, police said.

Jackson was issued a township ordinance and was once again released pending a court appearance, police said.
