Man charged with burglary, theft and possession of heroin
JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Gloucester County man is facing charges after he allegedly entered a vehicle and took money from a wallet last month in Jefferson Township, police said in a news release Tuesday.
Kenneth Romalino, 31, of Franklinville was charged with burglary, theft and possession of heroin.
On Sept. 13, Romalino entered a vehicle at Texas Smoke BBQ, located at 400 Route 15, and removed $50.00 from a wallet, police said.
Romalino fled the scene by running into the woods behind the restaurant. Police eventually located Romalino in the wooded area, police said.
Romalino was arrested and charged. He was released pending a court appearance.
