Man charged with driving under influence of marijuana
FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County man has been charged with driving while under the influence of marijuana following a traffic stop Monday in Flemington Borough, police said.
On September 27, an officer stopped Daniel R. Villarreal, 22, of Flemington and he was found to be driving while under the influence of marijuana and was subsequently arrested, police said.
Villarreal was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to signal, under the influence of CDS and safety glass. After an evaluation, Villarreal was released to a responsible person pending a court appearance.
