Man cited after blocking Washington Borough plow trucks, yelling at public works employees

WASHINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man was cited after he allegedly blocked Washington Borough plow trucks and yelled at the public works employees Monday night.

On Feb. 1, at around 9:33 p.m., Washington Township police responded to the 100 block of Harding Drive in Washington Borough for a person blocking the Washington Borough plow trucks and yelling at the Washington Borough Department of Public Works employees, police said.

Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent police  investigation, Gary Maguire, 48, of Washington was mailed a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance with a mandatory court appearance, police said.
