Man twice steals seafood from Warren County ShopRite

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Hunterdon County man has been charged after he allegedly shoplifted seafood twice from ShopRite in Washington Township.

On March 4, at around 1:38 p.m., police responded to the ShopRite, located at 2 Clubhouse Drive, in Washington Township for a reported theft, police said.

A police investigation revealed that Joe London, 55, of High Bridge shoplifted on Feb. 22 and March 4 and stole a total of $219.34 worth of seafood, police said.

London was charged with two counts of shoplifting and was released pending a court appearance, police said.
