Mansfield Township man arrested after month-long drug investigation

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) –  A month-long investigation into the alleged distribution of CDS in the Mansfield Township area has led to the arrest of a 26-year-old Mansfield Township man, according to Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer.

On Sept. 24, members from the Mansfield Township Police Department, Hackettstown Police Department, Washington Township Police Department, and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 625 Allen Road in Mansfield Township resulting in the arrest of Jeramy Lepisko and the seizure of Xanax, Mushrooms, Oxycontin, Morphine, Cocaine, Suboxone, $9,090 in US currency and a 2006 Ford Fusion, Pfeiffer said.

Lepisko was charged with one count of third-degree possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, one count of third-degree possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and six counts of third-degree possession of CDS (Xanax, Mushrooms, Oxycontin, Morphine, Cocaine, Suboxon), Pfeiffer said.

The third-degree offense carries a maximum of five years in New Jersey State Prison, Pfeiffer said.
