Morris County authorities seek public’s help locating missing mother, 2 kids

UPDATE: Missing mother, 2 kids from Morris County have been found safe

MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Authorities seeking the public’s assistance in locating a mother and her two young children, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll.

The three were reported missing on January 23 and there is concern for their wellbeing, Carroll said.

Cheng Hsiao, 39, and her two children, Ethan, 3, and Ian, 2, live in Towaco section of Montville Township. They were last known to be at their family home at 95 Old Lane on Saturday, January 22. It is believed that they left their residence between 6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on January 22, Carroll said.

Cheng C. Hsiao is described as having black hair, brown eyes, weighs approximately 121 pounds and is 5 feet 2 inches tall.

Ethan Hsiao and Ian Hsiao both have black hair and brown eyes.
