Morris County man accused of urinating in school parking lot

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A Morris County man has been charged after he allegedly urinated in a school parking lot in Hackettstown.

On May 27 at around 1:07 p.m. an officer was parked in an unmarked police car in the Hackettstown High School parking lot, located at 599 Warren St, when a pickup truck parked directly behind his vehicle, police said.

The officer then observed a man exit the vehicle and walk around the truck., police said.

The man, who was later identified as John Morales, 55, of Parsippany, NJ, then began to urinate in the parking lot, police said.

Morales was charged with disorderly conduct and released pending a court appearance.
