
Morris County man charged with exposing himself in public, police say
ROCKAWAY BOROUGH, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County man who police say exposed himself in public has been arrested.
D. Walthour, 26, of Rockaway was charged on July 1 with lewdness, criminal sexual contact, and criminal mischief.
Police responded to the report of a man who exposed himself, while making inappropriate comments in public, police said.
A police investigation lead to Walthour being the person involved in the alleged incident, police said.
While holding Walthour at police headquarters, he allegedly jammed a large amount of paper into the toilet, causing it to become clogged, police said.
Walthour was later released pending a court appearance.
