MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using an All-Terrain vehicle to treat a section of woods in Parsippany-Troy Hills, and Florham Park Borough Friday morning.
The mosquito spraying will go on from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 17, weather permitting, with a rain date of Monday, September 20, the commission said.
The following areas are scheduled to be treated:
- Parsippany: Reynolds Avenue (Old Troy Park).
- Florham Park: Brooklake Drive.
The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807 Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
The commission will also be using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Hanover Township, and Long Hill Township Friday night.
The mosquito spraying will go on from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, weather permitting, with a rain date of September 20, the commission said.

- Hanover: Boulevard Rd, Malapardis Rd, Countrywood Dr, Appletree Ln, Cherry St, Holley St, Maple St, Locust Dr, Peach St, Hendricks Dr, Poplar Dr, Sycamore Terrace, Cypress Dr, Manger Rd, Cedar Knolls Rd, Orchard Place, Elm Place, Oakridge Dr, Eden Ln, Heritage Ln, Independence Dr, Bunker Hill Place, Brandywine Ct, Valley Forge Dr, Concord Rd, Fairchild Rd, Martin Rd, Smithfield Rd, Hamilton Ct, Lafayette Ct, Adams Dr, Deerfield Rd, Cove Ln Rd, Jeffrie Trail, Longview Dr, Sharon Dr, Jacque Trail, Crestview Terrace, Sterling Ct, Troy Hills Rd, Woodcrest, Grove Place, Beaumont Place, Leamoor Dr, Frank Terrace, Kathryn Dr, Manchester Dr, Runnymeade Ct, Sunset Dr, Grifith Dr, Gulick Rd, Ridge Rd, and Overlook Rd.
