Mosquito spraying set for tonight in Montville and Lincoln Park

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Montville Township, and Lincoln Park Borough tonight.

The mosquito spraying will go on from 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, weather permitting, the commission said.

The following areas are scheduled to be treated:

  • Montville: Beverly Dr, Midvale Ave, Douglas Dr, Willard Ln, Pine Brook Rd, Mary Dr, Sunrise Way, Crest Terrace, Longview Dr, Nicholas St, White Oak Ln, Woodshire Terrace, Peace Valley Rd, Two Bridges Rd, Weldon Place, Clay Dr, Coppola Ct, Jotham Rd, Craig Ct, Eberhardt Ct, Stephen Dr, Maple Ave, Adamary Pl, Maple Ln, Marts Ln, Spruce Ln, Tamarack Ln, Roe-Ri Rd, William St, and Mary Ave.
  • Lincoln Park: Riveredge Rd,  Ash St, Oak St, Aspen Ln, Walnut St, Sycamore Ave, Linden Ave, Cypress Ave, Spruce Ave, Lincoln Blvd, Kirschner Ave, Two Bridges Rd,  Stonyridge Dr, Robertson Way, Gettysburg Way, Toms Point Lane, and Pine Brook Road (Golf course).

The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807, Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
