Motorcyclist injured in Warren County crash
GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash on Interstate 78 in Warren County Thursday morning, New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry said.
The crash occurred at 8:31 a.m. on Interstate 78 eastbound at milepost 5 in Greenwich Township, Curry said.
According to Curry, the motorcycle went off the roadway, into the median and overturned. The rider sustained a non-life-threatening injury and was taken to St. Luke’s Bethlehem Campus.
No other vehicles or passengers were involved, Curry said.
While the motorcycle was being removed from the scene, it was accidentally backed into a parked state police car. No damage occurred to either vehicle, Curry said.
