New detective joins Morris County Prosecutor’s Office

MORRISTOWN, NJ (Morris County) – Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll and Chief of Detectives Robert McNally announce the hiring of Thomas Giuliano as Detective for the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.

A swearing in ceremony was held on Oct. 23. Detective Giuliano will be assigned to the General Investigations Unit within the Courts & Administration Division.

Detective Giuliano most recently served as a Police Officer with the New Jersey Transit Police Department, where he was assigned as the Community Outreach Officer, in addition to patrol and investigation duties.

Prior to joining NJ Transit Police, he served as a Sheriff’s Officer for the Warren County Sheriff’s Office from 2017 through 2018. While serving with the WCSO, he executed warrants, guarded defendants and the public in the courtroom, and performed office and field work necessary to execute writs and other legal papers. Detective Giuliano also completed several professional trainings and certifications.

Detective Giuliano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from William Paterson University. Prosecutor Carroll said, “I welcome Detective Giuliano, and believe he will be a great addition to our investigative staff.”
