New Jersey is the 14th most expensive for used car ownership

NEW JERSEY – Buying a car is one of the biggest purchases most people make, and for New Jersey drivers it comes at a steep cost.

  • The typical driver is paying $1,688 per year in car insurance for a used car
  • Nationally, Michigan and Nevada were the most expensive for used car ownership while Indiana and Vermont were the least
