NJ State Police, OEM participate in Rescue Task Force training in response to an active shooter at Warren County Technical School

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – New Jersey State Police and the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management recently participated in a Rescue Task Force training in response to an active shooter

This month, the New Jersey State Police (NJSP) and New Jersey Office of Emergency Management participated in a massive, cooperative training exercise at Warren County Technical School.

The Warren County Rescue Task Force (RTF) training partnered with NJSP Troopers from Troop “B” Field Operations and first responders in response to a mock active shooter scenario.

The goal of the coordinated response was to rescue victims with the aid of law enforcement, which provided security for first responders.
