No injuries after tractor-trailer flips on I-78 in Hunterdon County

CLINTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – No injuries were reported after a tractor-trailer flipped on Interstate 78 Friday morning, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.

The crash happened at 5:11 a.m. on Interstate 78 westbound at milepost 16.5 in Clinton, Curry said.

A preliminary police inveisgation revealed that a tractor-trailer hauling VevoVitall lost control and flipped over, Curry said.

The driver, who was identified as a 43-year-old New Brunswick man, was not injured, Curry said.
