No injuries reported in 2 separate vehicle fires on I-80 in Warren County

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) –  No one was injured Tuesday morning in two separate vehicle fires on Interstate 80 in Allamuchy Township, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.

Allamuchy Township firefighters responded at around 9:40 a.m. to Interstate 80 westbound at milepost 17 for a Peterbuilt dump truck hauling sand that caught fire.

Then at 10:21 a.m. firefighters responded to the Interstate 80 eastbound rest area at milepost 21 for a BMW that became fully engulfed.

Both fires were quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported in either incident.
