No one injured in Hunterdon County deck fire

TEWKSBURY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – No one was injured from a deck fire Monday night in Tewksbury Township.

On June 5, at around 10:55 p.m., crews responded to a residence on Strawberry Lane for a report of a deck fire that was spreading up the side of the house.

The fire was quickly extinguished and the residents were able to reoccupy their home within a short period of time, authorities said.

No injuries were reported and all units cleared by 1:00 a.m.

The cause for the fire wasn’t immediately clear.
