|Blairstown Office of Emergency Management||A shed has been placed in the parking lot of the Municipal Building which will be used for food donations for our local food pantries. These food pantries are located in Blairstown, Hope, and Knowlton Townships and serve the citizens of Northern Warren County. The hours of this drop off site will be 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week. Food donations are needed now more then ever. With the unemployment rate soaring due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, families will be needing help to get through this tough time. Our goal is to make sure no one goes hungry. Any donation, no matter how big or small, will help. Simply place you donation in the shed and we will deliver it to the proper place.|

|Byram Township||The Municipal building will be closed to the public until further notice. Township employees remain ready to serve and will be available via phone and email. The Rabies Clinic scheduled for April 18th has been cancelled.
The State is giving no relief for the licensing of dogs and the Township must proceed as scheduled. The Rabies Clinic will not be rescheduled in 2020. Dog License Renewals will begin on April 1st. Reminder letters have been mailed. Given the current circumstances, all licenses will be processed by mail. The Mayor’s Hike for Sunday, April 26th has been cancelled. A future date will be determined.

|Hackettstown American Legion||The Memorial Day Parade is cancelled for May 2020. All events are cancelled until further notice at the legion. Friday night dinners are also cancelled.|
|Hackettstown Animal Hospital||As of March 17th we are operating on a limited schedule for the foreseeable future. We will close at 6:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Our hours on Wednesday (8:00-4:30), Friday (8:00-6:00), and Saturday (8:30-12) will remain the same. If you have an appointment, please call us from your vehicle when you arrive. A technician will take your pet into the clinic. Your veterinarian will contact you by phone during the exam to obtain a history and explain their findings. As always, you and the doctor will decide the treatment plan.
A receptionist will then contact you to obtain payment over the phone.
If you are picking up medications or prescription foods, please call and pay for the medication over the phone. When you arrive to pick it up please call us we will bring your product and receipt to the car. If you have questions, please call 908-852-3166.

|W.C. Nutrition Center/Home Delivered Meals||Effective March 13th all congregate nutrition sites will be closed for activities and congregate meals until further notice. All residents who were recipients of home delivered meals will receive meals as normal, Effective March 16th, the Division will be arranging biweekly meal delivery to consumers of congregate nutrition who have requested meal delivery and those who currently receive home delivered meals. The Division of Aging is not accepting new applicants at the congregate nutrition sites. Names of new individuals will be placed on a waiting list. |Warren County Community College||During the week of March 16th through 20th, the College is in Spring Break. There will be no classes during that week. Offices will be open but on a limited basis from 9am to 5pm for employees only. For the week of March 23rd through March 27th, the College will be hosting courses on-line through My Warren. Instructors will be reaching out to students no later than March 20th to advise of class procedures.
