OptOutside on Friday with a guided hike at Lake Hopatcong

Give Yourself Some Space with Lake Hopatcong Foundation

Give yourself some space and #OptOutside on Black Friday with a hike organized by Lake Hopatcong Foundation.

On Friday, Nov. 27, at 10:00 a.m., join a guided group hike on the Lake Hopatcong Trail.  No registration is necessary. Meet the group at the Roland May Eves Mountain Inlet Sanctuary, 401 Lakeside Ave, Andover, NJ.

Lake Hopatcong Foundation describes the hike this way: “The easy-to-moderate hike will be approximately two hours and does include sections with a few tripping hazards.  As an alternative to our usual narrated hike, we’ll hike to enjoy the beauty and serenity of our natural surroundings as well as the fellowship of the group.”

You should wear comfortable shoes and bring bottled water. Masks will be required when gathered and during the hike. It’s amazing what a couple of hours outside can do for your well-being.
