Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center to reopen to the public on Monday

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – New Jersey Fish and Wildlife’s Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center will reopen to the public on Monday, October 31, and be open daily, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Licenses and permits will be available for purchase. Cash is no longer accepted, but credit card, debit card, check or money order will be accepted.

The main entrance to the Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center is located on Route 46 between Great Meadows and Buttzville, approximately 9 miles west of Hackettstown. The hatchery’s rear entrance is located at 605 Pequest Road, Oxford, NJ 07863.
