Phillipsburg intersection reopens after tractor-trailer takes down traffic signal
PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – A Phillipsburg intersection has reopened to traffic after a tractor-trailer knocked down a traffic signal Monday.
The tractor-trailer knocked down the traffic signal at the intersection of South Main Street and Center Street.
The traffic signal was repaired and the intersection was reopened at around 3:30 p.m.
