Phillipsburg police ask for public’s help after Walter’s Park is vandalized

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – The Phillipsburg Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying the person or persons responsible for vandalizing Walter’s Park.

The band shell along with other parts of the park were spray painted and vandalized sometime on Wednesday, August 25, police said.
