Phillipsburg Police receive $20K grant for body worn cameras

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – Police Chief Robert Stettner recently announced that the Phillipsburg Police Department has been awarded a $20,000 Grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance through the U.S. Depart1nent of Justice.

The grant will help the police department in accomplishing their goal of implementing a Body Worn Camera Program this year, Stettner said.

“The implementation of the Body Worn Cameras will show our commitment to accountability and transparency while continuing to build the tn1st between our department and the community,” Stettner said.
