PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – The Phillipsburg Police Department is seeking any information regarding a dark red Hyundai Sonata that was in the area of Lewis Street and Pear Alley on July 15 just prior to an arson fire at 4 Lewis Street.
The vehicle was seen in Pear alley between 8:25 p.m. and 8:34 p.m. just prior to the fire being reported, police said.
