Police charge man wanted for allegedly exposing himself in Hackettstown
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Hackettstown Detective Bureau charged a Sussex County man wanted for a lewd act in Hackettstown on Halloween.
Jason Hartman, 52, of Stanhope was charged on Dec. 6 with lewdness and disorderly conduct, police said.
Hartman alelgeldy exposed himself behind The Shoppes of Hackettstown, located at 229-235 Main St, on Thursday, Oct. 31 between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., police said.
Hartman has a pending court appearance, police said.
