Police K-9’s graduate New Jersey State Police Canine Training Academy

NEW JERSEY – The New Jersey State Police held the graduation ceremony for the K-9 Training School at Division Headquarters on June 11 in Ewing Township.

Eight troopers along with several police officers from various departments in New Jersey completed the intensive training and received their certificates during the ceremony.

Graduating handlers and canine partners completed 33 weeks of extensive training programs that prepared them for either patrol duties or tracking assignments.

Apprentice trainers from across the state also received their certificates as they completed their course requirements to become certified trainers.
