Police looking for driver who crashed into an M&M’s ‘Welcome to Hackettstown’ sign

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – The Hackettstown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a vehicle that crashed into an M&M’s “Welcome to Hackettstown” sign and fled the scene.

The sign is located on the property of the old Wells Fargo Bank, 811 High street, and the damage was reported on Friday, March 3 at 11:34 a.m., police said.

It’s unknown when the crash occurred, police said.

Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3300 or send an anonymous tip by texting 888-777 and in the message part you must first type “TIP HACKPD” then type your tip.
