Police search for owner of dog that bit a victim in Phillipsburg

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) –  Police are searching for the owner of a dog that bit a person in Phillipsburg on Thursday.

The incident happened on Sept. 7, at around 9:00 a.m., on the 900 block of Mill Street, police said.

The dog was described as small and black in color, police said.

he victim did not know the identity of the owner but police say the owner may reside on Columbus Avenue in Phillipsburg.
